Holiday Season Newsletter
As we approach the end of another year, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and trust in my Reiki and meditation practice. Each session has been a beautiful exchange of energy, healing and growth and I am truly honored to be a part of your journey.
Many of you know that I returned to university full time this fall, in pursuit of a degree in social work. This decision came from a deep desire to enhance my skills and knowledge in providing support during some of life’s most challenging times. I believe that everyone deserves compassionate guidance as they navigate their unique life journey.
Through my studies, I plan to integrate the principles of Reiki and meditation with grief counselling techniques, creating a holistic approach to healing. My goal is to provide a safe space for my clients to process their emotions, find solace, and rediscover their inner strength during times of loss. I truly believe that healing can occur on many levels and I’m excited to expand my practice to better serve you and our community.
As I move further along my educational journey, I will be sure to keep you all updated on my progress and how I intend to incorporate my learnings into our sessions. This past term, I had the opportunity to offer grounding meditations and give presentations on self-care to my professor and classmates, it was truly a full circle moment for me. In the New year I will be assisting a PHD candidate with her research project on grief, and I’m thrilled for this new experience of conducting research. Why research grief? Research is used to inform and guide our practice. so that we can better understand the needs of the bereaved.
As we enter the holiday season, it’s essential to take a moment for reflection and self-care. This time of year, can bring both joy and challenges, especially for those experiencing loss or transition. I encourage you all to dedicate time to your wellbeing through meditation, reiki or simply by being present with your feelings. In the spirit of community and support, I am offering on my website, a complimentary Holiday Healing guided meditation, with the hope it offers you peace and comfort. Your feedback and experiences are invaluable to me and I welcome any thoughts you have on how I can better support you during this time.
Thank you once again for being a part of my journey as I continue to walk alongside you and yours. Wishing you a peaceful and joyful holiday season filled with love and light.
